Cornerstone Television Network is Pittsburgh's home for dynamic Christian Television, 24/7. Founded in 1979, CTVN focused on one mission: to get the Gospel to as many people as possible, as quickly as possible, in the most effective way possible through the power of the Holy Spirit. Now, more than forty years later, CTVN has over eleven original programs and hundreds of other ministerial programs broadcast to nearly 6 million homes across the country. The beliefs listed above are common to all Christians. They are the essentials. They are solidly biblical and accepted by theologians of all major denominations and faith traditions. However, in the body of Christ (the church) there is a great diversity of non-essentials. We recognize this and gladly accept our brothers and sisters who may differ from us in the areas of healing, baptism, and eschatology.
